EFAO recently participated in a competitive soccer tournament held in Osaka on April 1-3, 2023, in the U/10 and U/12 categories. The tournament brought together high-level Japanese soccer teams from across the country for three days of intense competition.
Despite the challenging level of play, our children demonstrated exceptional individual and collective performance, finishing fourth in the U/10 category and seventh in U/12. Notable teams such as Vissel Kobe, FC Machida, Sagan Tosu, Alonza FC, and others also participated in this competition, making it an incredibly demanding event with over 15 matches played in each category.
Throughout the tournament, EFAO displayed an excellent level of sportsmanship and played on equal terms with all opponents, representing our school and community with pride. We would like to extend our thanks to all parents, children, and staff who participated in making this tournament a success.
